• Usage data: Pages and playbooks viewed, features used, and actions taken within the platform.

Information we do not collect

• We do not collect payment information during the beta period.
• We do not collect precise GPS location data.
• We do not sell your data to advertisers or third parties.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide access to facility playbooks and platform features
• Verify your identity as a medical device representative
• Display aggregated, anonymized intel contributed by verified reps
• Send platform updates, feature announcements, and beta feedback requests

3. How Your Contributions Are Displayed

RepInsider is a community platform. When you submit facility intel, experiences, or corrections, please be aware of the following:

• Experiences submitted via "Add Your Experience" are anonymous. Your name and email are never displayed to other users in connection with your experience submissions.
• Intel submitted via "Share What You Know" is reviewed by RepInsider before publication. Your contributor name may be used internally to verify authenticity but is not displayed publicly.
• Contact names you submit (facility staff contacts) are displayed to other verified reps as part of the playbook. Do not submit contact information for individuals who have not consented to being listed.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We use Supabase for database hosting and authentication. These providers process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process.
• Business transfers: If RepInsider is acquired or merged, your information may transfer to the new entity, subject to the same privacy commitments.
• With your consent: We may share information in other ways if you give us explicit permission.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Contributions you submit become part of the RepInsider platform and may be retained even after account deletion, in anonymized or de-identified form, to preserve platform integrity.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted data storage through Supabase and HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your RepInsider account.

• Correct inaccurate information in your account
• Delete your account and associated personal data
• Opt out of non-essential communications
